Whether aromatic dishes or Mediterranean cuisine, the half cast iron plancha from Monolith lets you get creative on the grill.
The special feature is the high temperatures of up to 320 ?C. The escaping liquids from your food evaporate directly.
The corrugated surface on one side and the smooth surface on the other are optimal, so you have full flexibility for every item to be grilled.
